Vita / Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Benjamin Ströbele is the Head of Complexity Management at Liebherr-EMtec GmbH. In his role, the overarching goals are to create transparency with regards to complexity and variant diversity as well as to derive suitable countermeasures. This task is supported by the development of methods in order to measure impacts and support the implementation process. In addition, he is a member of the strategy board. Benjamin Ströbele joined Liebherr in 2024. Before joining Liebherr, he was Senior Manager at MHP - A Porsche Company, where he was responsible for portfolio and product topics in conjunction with cost optimization measures. Benjamin Ströbele holds a degree in engineering and business administration as well as a PhD from the Technical University of Munich.

Vita/Tätigkeitsbeschreibung:
Paul Reichenspurner is part of EMTs Strategic Production Management team. His experience ranges from conceptualizing new production sites to in-depth analysis of distinct strategic questions. He completed the first overarching strategy project that initialized Complexity Management as a strategic task of EMT. This includes not only the matter of complexity itself, but also, it’s possible embedding in our company, culture, and strategy. He joined Liebherr in 2020, starting of with optimizing the line sequencing of LBH. He holds degrees in engineering as well as economics from the Technical University Dresden.
